I’m planning a move and am having trouble finding good resources to look for jobs in my field. (I have no degree but much experience working with people with developmetal disabilites.) so any websites anyone has would be great!!!

Please be very careful when searching job sites such as Craigslist and hotjobs and always go with one’s gut feeling. “If something doesn’t feel right, it probably isn’t” which is a variation of ‘if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is’
There was an incident where a young woman who was applying for a ‘nanny’ job advertised on Craigslist was tragically found dead in her car trunk, and a 19 year old male was arrested in connection. Perhaps looking at the websites of hospitals, nursing homes or schools in that area can provide some job leads. Just a word to the wise that if planning on meeting someone for an interview, please make sure that it’s a public place, preferably at the established facility.
