You should go to a doctor, preferrably one who specializes in this kind of disorders. Explain to the doctor why you think you have developmental dyspraxia. They will do an assessment to find out if you actually have it or not.

First you have to have a disability. From looking at what you’ve written here, it seems you’re doing just fine.
you will have to call your local social security office and they will send you to one of their doctor’s who will evaluate you re situation
