As i have become a teenager i seem to forget things i don’t know whether it’s to do with my hormones or my diabetes or both?
Never use to happen when i was younger.

If you are keeping your blood sugar within normal levels (for the most part), it’s likely hormones. However, chronically elevated blood sugars can certainly cause foggy thinking.

Both low blood sugar and high blood sugar can cause confusion. So can thyroid problems, dehydration, lack of sleep, and also stress.
In your case I’d say check your blood sugar more often and ask your doctor to test your thyroid function at your next checkup. Make sure you let him know that you are having memory problems too.

diabetes could be the problem, it may also be thyroid problems, not serious but more common woth ppl who have diabetes, get to the drs for a blood test and maybe a review of your meds good luck

Dehydration can cause some short term memory loss.

I think it’s more likely to be your hormones but I can’t be sure.
