It is HIGHLY unlikely that you will contract an STD from oral sex. It IS possible but the transmission rate is extremely low. You are more likely to contract an STD from oral sex if you have cuts or sores in your mouth or if the guy had cuts or sores on his penis ( hopefully you wouldn’t perform oral sex on him if you saw cuts and sores on him ).
