If you stop doing any energetic activity and continue consuming the same food as before, your body will react. Your body had come to expect that it would need all those calories to excecize (aerobics) so it will store them (as fat) in anticipation of need.
If you gotta stop aerobics and don’t want to get fat, find some other way to keep up your activity level, dancing, walking instead of driving, running up and down the stairs in your house, indian club swinging, table tennis, or something, and eat smaller and more frequent meals during the day.
I lost 15 pounds in three months by eating less food and taking a job that had me standing and walking all day, rather than sitting at a desk, even though I had quit going to the gym.
The advantages of aerobics are that when led by a good trainer, they will keep your heart rate up, burning calories, they will keep all your muscles active, keeping your body in a ballanced, fit shape, and they will make you stronger and help you find deeper recesses of energy and motivation, so when it is time to do something, you will be able to get up and do it, rather than putting it off.http://www.captainzorikh.com
Lol. No. That’s not true. You have to consume more calories or the same calories as when you were working out. Exercise should be a regular part of your daily life. Aerobics focuses on strengthening your heart and lungs so they work less and will last longer as a result. You should have more energy overall and sleep better. The benefits are numerous. But like anything else, you can overdo it and that’s when you could get sicker more often, among other things. It’s best to do a sensible and sustainable aerobics schedule. You can do aerobics every day. You should do probably no more than 3 or 4 heavy aerobics with the rest lighter aerobics.
Always, talk to your doctor first. Always, listen to your body. You should feel mildly uncomfortable. You should enjoy it. It takes time to feel stronger and like you can do more.
