well you can go the LPN route 15-18 months in technical college. Rn route 2 yr or 4yr degree. You should be good with people, strong stomach, no felony convictions and a good driving record as some companies have company cars.

Get a degree in nursing. The best personality trait is one who is a caregiver type.
