in Weight Loss

Being a vegetarian for over 10 years, I now need to lose some of the weight i’ve put on in this time. Unfortunatly I must be eating an unblalance diet as i see plenty diets but most are for meat eaters none for us veggies. Any ideas for a good healthy Vegitarian weight loss program ?

The same one that applies to omnivors: eat less, exercise more.

I’ve lost 30 ponds in three weeks and my friend lost 20 pounds in two weeks. It’s a new and effective way to lose weight: http://freedetoxdiet.blogspot.com/

Like a lot of veggies out there, all you need to do tgo stop being so fat is to cut the cheese and patry from your diet and don’t start eatong loads of bread in stead

Dont know where you are but slimming world seems to work for vegetarians and meat eaters, they have a website as well, http://www.slimmingworld.com/, i go to a group and there are a couple of vegetarians there who say it works for them, have a look as you can become an online member
